Terms and conditions.

1: Motorcycle confirmed policy purchases by users of Compare forCancer.org who is a UK resident ages 17 years or older; click through and purchase a qualifying policy via Seopa Ltd’s insurance comparison service, Quotezone (after being introduced via Compare For Cancer via their website

compareforcancer.org) will receive a £15 (Twenty pounds) Love2Shop (or any of the other retailers that are available on the redemption site) gift card or email voucher. Only the main policyholder on the insurance policy is entitled to the Gift Card. For the avoidance of doubt, named riders or joint policyholders are not entitled to the Gift Card.

2: Gift card/ email reward voucher will be emailed/posted to any qualifying policy purchase within 8 weeks of the end of the month of purchase. However, as we rely on the accuracy of information provided by third party insurance providers to verify your entitlement to the Gift Card, we accept no responsibility for any delay caused. For example all qualifying purchases made in October 2022 will receive the Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers by the end of December 2022. All Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers will be sent to the address/email address used when making the qualifying purchase.

3: Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers is offered and organised by Compare For Cancer and these terms and conditions apply between you and Compare For Cancer. Compare For Cancer will not be liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you arising out of or in connection with your use of the of the Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers.

4: Compare For Cancer may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Compare For Cancer will notify you of significant changes to these Terms and Conditions via the Website or by contacting you directly using the contact details you provided (such method to be determined by Compare For Cancer at its discretion).

5: Compare For Cancer may remove your entry into the Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers if at any time we suspect that you have been involved in any abuse or attempted abuse of the Gift Card/Email reward Vouchers; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions; any activity which in our reasonable opinion constitutes misuse or abuse.

6: Compare For Cancer shall use any personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and data protection legislation. By participating in this gift card/ email reward voucher you agree to the collection, retention, use and distribution of your personal data in order to process and contact you about the Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers.

7: Compare For Cancer if an Introducer Appointed Representative of Seopa Ltd for insurance mediation, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 313860). Seopa Ltd (trading as Quotezone) run and operate and the insurance comparison service. This gift card/ email reward voucher is however promoted and run by Compare for Cancer and Seopa Ltd are in no way responsible for it.

8: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9: Compare For Cancer decision in all matters relating to the Gift Card/Email Reward Vouchers is final.
